This is the third book I've read by author Sandra Cox, and the way it's going, it won't be the last. Upbeat, witty, a well-woven narrative with plenty of twists and turns, Geller's Find is a genre mashup in true Western style, as archaeologist Luke Geller plunges back to the 1882 and meets tough but soft-hearted rancher Lily Winter Tremaine.

Lily's kind enough - and curious enough - to take him in give and him a job, but he has to prove himself to the current staff, who are rather bemused by his Hopi throwing stick. It's getting him quite a reputation in the ramshackle Western settlement that will one day be a bustling town.
Not only that, a local landowner is greedy for Lily's land, and maybe her hand. And the competition mounts as Charles the banker pops in to woo the lovely lady himself.
Meanwhile, Luke faces the quandary of getting back to the future, and does he really want to? As action and adventure unfold in glorious immersive detail, he's more than protective of Lily, even though she's quite capable of taking care of herself. But when she becomes a target for murder, the mystery spirals deeper and Luke must discover the truth.
Ms Cox measures out fast-paced drama with a good dose of humour. Secrets are uncovered, Lily gets suspicious, time flies, Luke's quirky mom suddenly appears on the scene, and action progresses at a mad dash to a resounding crescendo. I absolutely devoured Geller's Find, and recommend this book to all readers who love a rollicking great story.
